Frequently asked questions
How to prepare the drinks?
We kindly ask you to go to our DISCOVER page, and find recipes there. Also, after purchasing our products, you will recieve video guide, as well as PDF.
Why so expensive?
Ceremonial Grade Cacao ir rare, tracable and directly sourced from small local farms, unlike most mass-market cacao. It is also grown and processed with more care to preserve its nutritional compounds and quality, which results in richer, more nutrient-dense product.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products produced?
Our Cacao & Matcha comes from local farms with care and mindfulness. We prioritize the cleanest possible sources for all other ingredients as well. You can find more information on our DISCOVER page. The products are then packaged and distributed in Latvia.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, absolutely. If you cant find your prefered location, get in touch and we will sort it out.
