CACAO
Hot:
1. Add 1 to 2 tsp 25-30g cacao to a cup.
2. Add a splash of hot water first and stir into a smooth paste.
3. Top with about 200ml hot water or plant based milk and whisk until silky. Add a little honey or a pinch of cinnamon if you like.
Iced: Make the paste, stir into cold milk or water, pour over ice.
When to drink it: Mornng drink, the afternoon dip, the evening wind-down, or the moment you would have reached for something sweet.
Why it works: Ceremonial-grade cacao brings theobromine, a gentler and steadier lift than caffeine, along with magnesium and a warm, grounding feeling.
Storage: Airtight, cool and dark. Keep it dry.
