During product launches, holidays, promotional periods, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

We currently ship within Latvia and selected international countries.

HÅRE is not responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, delays caused by customs processing, or additional fees applied after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly before completing your order.
HÅRE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
